Thanks for the advice, but it sounds complicated and I would be so disappointed if I tried and it didn't work to the degree that I hoped...so I think I'll wait and see if I can find a molly who doesn't need the treatment.

Instead of using an Iron, I use a warm heat humidifier. No chance in burning anyone up.
Honestly, it is really easy!!!

I do see the frizzy ends. In the "Downey Dunk" routine, it's not just the Downey part that deals with the frizzies, usually. Usually it's the combination of the cleaning with the shampoo, plus the Downey soak, plus the steaming that works. And often it's the steaming that does the most work on the frizzies, in the end. But it's almost impossible to predict what the full outcome will be. It's always a gamble, and always a nice surprise when you make as much progress as you do.

PS Just to be clear, the steaming is done with a plastic steamer that looks like an iron, but it's not really an iron. It's pretty important to not try to steam this kind of hair with a real iron. All that hot metal would definitely make the frizzies worse.
